Our range of modern, energy-efficient uPVC windows covers a wide selection of styles to suit every home.
Find Out MoreTilt-and-turn windows can either open from the side like a conventional window, or they can tilt inward, usually fixed at the bottom and with the opening at the top. This makes them incredibly versatile, allowing you to ventilate your home without the need to fully open the window or worry about compromising security.
Thanks to the latest modern double-glazing and thermally-efficient frames, our tilt-and-turn windows offer excellent U-values, meaning they will keep your home comfortable all year round and help you to reduce energy bills too.
Our tilt-and-turn windows are available in a huge range of sizes, making the dual-opening style some of the most versatile double-glazing solutions available. From small windows to allow ventilation in tight spaces to much larger units that are almost like doors, our tilt-and-turn windows bring added practicality to your home.
Our range of tilt-and-turn windows brings a whole new level of versatility to your home, offering you the option between fully having the window fully open like a regular casement window (opening inwardly) or being able to tilt the window in at the top to allow fresh air to flow through your home without the need to fully open the window.
The modern styles and appearance of our tilt-and-turn windows mean they will look right at home in any East Midlands property, while the huge range of designs and colours means you can tailor them to perfectly match your individuality too.

Visit Our ShowroomYes, tilt-and-turn windows are very common in Europe and are growing in popularity in the UK too. Wilson Windows can install a wide range of different styles of tilt-and-turn windows, so get in touch with us to find out more.
Tilt-and-turn windows are a great option for homes looking to install energy-efficient double-glazing with added practicality as the windows can be opened fully for maximum ventilation, or just be tilted partially to provide fresh air without letting in any rain or wind. Being able to tile the windows inwards makes this style of window particularly useful for homes with young children as homeowners can still ventilate their homes without the fear of small children being able to fall out of the window or get their fingers trapped.
Turn the handle 90 degrees and the window will open like a typical casement window, operating on its side hinges. Turn the handle 180 degrees and the opening mechanism keeps the window fixed along the sides and allows the top of the window to be tilted inwards.
The Window Energy Rating (WER) is a system that was created to help consumers compare the energy efficiency of different window brands. The WER is based on five factors: thermal transmittance, air infiltration, solar heat gain reduction, sound transmission, and condensation.
Our showroom is based in Loughborough and our installers operate throughout Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derbyshire and the East Midlands.
